You do have the choice though of going directly to the author, so it is up to you if you wish to take the time to do that. Great app, nice job on updating it. I'm using it every day for its intended purpose (calculating times for stuff). You could expand the scripting possibilities beyond just the calculator by adding a line-by-line scripting interface in addition to the full-featured calculator.
